Mycolove Farm LLC Return & Refund Policy
Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Policy:
We offer a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at team@mycolove.farm. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee:
• 4% restocking fee.
Returns for reasons other than defect or damage are subject to a 4% restocking fee. Notify us within 10 business days of receipt. Ship items back with sufficient packaging, including theoriginal box and a copy of the invoice.
Circumstances for Return & Refund:
Wrong Product: If you received the wrong product, please email us at team@mycolove.farm with photos of the incorrect item. We will send you a return shipping label, and once the item is on its way back to us, we will ship the correct product immediately.
Exchange: We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at team@mycolove.farm, and we will process a free exchange for the same product.
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. This includes color, size, and texture preferences.
Order Cancellation: We typically ship orders immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop the processing, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be canceled once it has been shipped.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected. It may take up to 4 days for the refund to appear in your account. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Custom/personalized orders
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
• If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
